A 60-minute course for people leaders who want to strengthen belonging, reduce barriers, and build more inclusive teams. You will learn:
- what inclusive leaders do—and the impact they create
- how to identify unconscious bias and its effect on employees
- how to build belonging through everyday conversations and decisions
You will also learn how to improve accessibility—reducing barriers and bias across the employee lifecycle. By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- apply inclusive practices in your day-to-day leadership
- recognize the traits and behaviours of inclusive leaders
respond confidently to bias and barriers to inclusion
