A: The quizes do not count towards your final test, but you do need to pass the quiz in order to continue.

6.) Q: I can’t move to the next slide.

A: Ask yourself: “Is this an interactive slide that requires me to click on the screen?"

  • The ‘next’ message will not appear until you have completed the whole slide.
  • The video embedded in each course is the same for everyone, however, it is a very high quality video and does require a decent computer to run smoothly.  We found one of the following factors can affect the overall performance:
  •  Older browser version.
  •  Internet connection speed.
  • Too many applications and browser tabs open at once, which took up most of the available RAM in the system.
  • Computer hasn't been restarted for a while.  Even though applications might've been closed, sometimes they continue to run in the background, taking up resources.
  • A scan or update is running, which slows down the computer.
  • Please restart your computer and log back in.  As long as the computer meets the minimum requirements, the course video should run fine.
