ONLINE FAQ'S:
1.) Q: How long is my registration active?
A: Your registration is active for 4 months.
- If you have not completed the full course you will need to register and pay again.
- You will need to start from the beginning.
2.) Q: How long should it take to complete a course?
A:
- The 3 Program Bundle (Intercultural Competence, Workplace Integration & Writing Skills) is a total of 7.5 hours
- The 2 Program Bundle (Intercultural Competence & Workplace Integration) is a total of 5.5 hours
- The Writing Skills Course is a total of 2 hours
- Please keep in mind it can take additional time to complete the courses depending on the learner and their learning style/comfort with the material.
- You can complete the course in one sitting or break up your studies into manageable blocks of time.
- You will resume the course where you left off.
3.) Q: Do I get a certificate for completing the course?
A: Yes, a certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course.
- A minimum passing grade of 80% is required for the Intercultural Competence, Workplace Integration, and Writing Skills online trainings.
- Follow the instructions to print your certificate, or you can access your account at any time to print a copy for 3 years after you complete the course.
4.) Q: What happens if I do not achieve a passing grade on the final test?
A: You have unlimited attempts to complete the final test.
- Do not be discouraged! Some learners may need a few tries.
- You can review the course content to prepare for another attempt at the final test. Please be sure to download the course materials once you have launched the course. The course materials can also be found in the My Transcripts section of your account.

- All communication regarding these courses must be sent by email.
5.) Q: I failed a quiz at the end of a unit. What do I do?
A: The quizes do not count towards your final test, but you do need to pass the quiz in order to continue.
- Only the final test counts.
- If you had trouble with a unit quiz, this is a sign that you should review the material again before the final test.
6.) Q: I can’t move to the next slide.
A: Ask yourself: “Is this an interactive slide that requires me to click on the screen?"
